"In September 2023, Petra Haden, pianist Brian Marsella, bassist Jorge Roeder and drummer Ches Smith presented all of the songs at two concerts at National Sawdust in Brooklyn, New York as part of Zorn’s 70th birthday celebrations. Fortunately, during the sound check right before the second concert, we made the last-minute decision to have the club make a multi-track recording of the concert. This album is that second concert in its entirety.
