Couve crestoise di Pasquetta, magari fredda e piovosetta, col pensiero rivolto allora alle bollenti notti agostane del 1970 di Sun Ra e Arkestra a Saint-Paul-de-Vence (Francia) al tempo della loro prima uscita in Europa, proposte in veste finalmente completa da Strut Records: Nuits de la Fondation Maeght. Le ricorda ancora oggi a decenni di distanza Daniel Caux, propiziatore di quell'evento: "The Arkestra’s performances were electrifying. Films were projected behind the musicians - vistas of New York and Chicago, moon rockets, Egyptian Gods and plumed African warriors. Sun Ra's organ threw lightning bolts, dancers brandished symbolic objects. The audience was stunned by a spectacle that surpassed anything they could have imagined".
