Nella contea di Innlandet in Norvegia tornano a risuonare le note sublimi del Westbrook-Blake per iniziativa del cantante e sassofonista Knut Laasbye, che dopo gli allestimenti per ampio ensemble degli anni scorsi le propone mercoledì prossimo a Lillehammer in uno speciale adattamento per quartetto, con il rinforzo corale di cinque altre cantanti. 'The interest for and knowledge about William Blake is growing in Norway, and we are doing our best helping by presenting Blake's lyrics and works of art accompanied by Mike Westbrook's fantastic music from his Glad Day compositions. We have had five concerts (two of them with a 15 piece ensemble and a 20 minute lecture about Blake) around and in the olympic city of Lillehammer, and on the 29th of January we are having our first concert of 2025, this time as a quartet plus five backing singers.'
